Went to see Sam Shields at clennel. Had a great night. This place is unique. The setting is incredible. It is owned by Rocky and his wife and a dedicated team help to run it. All very friendly. They have live music most weekends. Such a great atmosphere. Our first evening visit, but won't be out last. Met some lovely people.

Clennel Hall also provides camping on their grounds - we stayed there in our camper van, and hence no rating for Rooms. We had a great weekend, we stayed 2 nights, there was a great night of music in the bar on both nights we were there. The staff are absolutely great - really looked after us. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which was of excellent standard and a really good price. This place is absolutely in the middle of nowhere and is beautiful, it's a great place if you want peace and tranquility and a great night in the bar. I can't recommend Clennell Hall enough. We will definitely return.
